Desmopressin is the treatment of choice in children with MNE. There is also a place for desmopressin in children who have failed to respond to, or who have withdrawn from alarm therapy, or for whom alarm therapy is unacceptable.

The second part of the website summarises the contents with the help of illustrations.

The third part of the website consists of a dynamic website modified by the users; it contains interactive interviews, frequently asked questions and answers to them, and a database collected for the benefit of patients, their families and doctors treating this disorder. This part of the website is used to collect data from patients who have received a doctors prescription to use desmopressin. All information is collected in encrypted and secured data transmission transfer mode.

A special section of the segment is devoted to emphasise the safety behaviour in conjunction of desmopressin medical treatment. In special circumstances desmopressin treatment has had unwanted and unexpected consequences not related to the medicine itself but to the overload of water in patients receiving desmopressin therapy.

The fourth part of the website contains a cartoon type drawing to introduce a diary for personal follow up of the enuresis symptom, its treatment and success of the treatment chosen. This serves as a personal aid to follow up and as a report vehicle.
